In 2000, Jimmy Roland recorded his first professional CD project 'Under The Moonlight', on the John Lennon Records label, headquartered in Toronto, Ontario - Canada. Once released, the six track Ep (pictured above) afforded Roland the opportunity to move forward from demo singing (which gave hime a ton of recording experience) and afforded him the opportunity to share Main Stage billing with acts such as The Village People, Sheena Easton and KC & The Sunshine Band to name a few.
Additionaly, the biggest song of Jimmy Roland's career was written by the artist himself and the original version of 'My Jamaica' can be found at the track # 2 spot on this cd. Other popular songs from this recording are 'Just For A While', 'Power Light', 'Oh Ramona' and 'Broken Hearts'.
As Jimmy Roland continues to move forward in the entertainment business, we are making room for his additional products. Order your copy of this, Jimmy Roland's first release ever, NEW disc(s) in their original shrink wrapped packaging.

Showtime
(Lyrics)
I’ve been rehearsing for you for such a long time
My hearts got its lines memorized
I’m ready to hit my mark – Take center stage
All you need to do is let your curtain rise
Can you see how I’ve practiced my pacing?
Can you tell that my timing is tight?
Do you like the way I dressed up as your Romeo?
Let’s take positions baby, the world’s our stage tonight
Chorus:
It’s Showtime (dim the lights in the room)
Showtime – honey, give me my cue
Showtime – hit the boards with me baby
Let me play the leading man for you
Butterflies flutter down deep inside me
I’m waitin’ for my chance to take the stage above
In Act 1, I’ll layout what will be the plot
By Act 3, we’ll be falling in love
I’ve been rehearsing for you for such a long time
My hearts got its lines memorized
I’m ready to hit my mark – Take center stage
All you really need to do is let your curtain rise
(Chorus)
Bridge (spoken):
That’s right, when the play draws to a close
Your gentle kiss will be my long awaited applause
(Repeat CHORUS x 3: End)
